Refund Policy

PassportTrail does not offer refunds.

All subscription payments and one-time purchases are final and non-refundable.

What happens when you cancel

  • Your access continues until the end of your paid period
  • No money is returned for unused time
  • Your data is kept safe during the retention period

Lifetime Members

  • Your access never expires — cancellation does not apply to you
  • Lifetime purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances

Post-Trial Service Initiation

Any premium plan activation — whether initiated automatically at trial expiry (where a payment method has been pre-authorised) or manually at any point during or after the trial period — constitutes an immediate commencement of paid digital service. From the moment a paid plan is activated:

  • The subscription or one-time charge is final and non-refundable.
  • Full service access is granted immediately, triggering the statutory waiver of the right of withdrawal described below.
  • No refund is available on the grounds that the user was previously on a trial or did not immediately use the paid features.

EU and UK Customers — Statutory Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital purchases. However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to PassportTrail you acknowledge that:

  • You request that we begin providing the paid service immediately upon purchase or plan activation
  • You understand that by requesting immediate performance you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun
  • You expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • This waiver applies equally to post-trial automated billing events and to manual plan activations at any stage

You will be asked to confirm this waiver by ticking a checkbox at the point of purchase or plan activation.
